At 4000olives, it’s our pleasure to bring you our "Wild Harvest" Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil!  We are proud to say our fruit is grown and processed on site at our small olive farm 5 km north of Stuart Mill in Victoria. Our blend has a beautiful fresh/peppery flavour that is a delight on its own, and by adding it to your meal you will enjoy all the health benefits that premium EVOO has to offer!
About our Farm
Our Story
Our family owned and operated olive farm is 5 km north of Stuart Mill in north western Victoria, set on the edge of the magnificent iron-bark Eucalyptus Gum Trees of the Stuart Mill Nature Conservation Reserve.
It has always been a dream of ours to own our own farm property and produce products that are free from the use of chemicals, and taste delicious! So when this olive property became available, we believed this was the ideal opportunity to get into farming as the olive farm had not been in production or operation for over 5 years, this meant that the olive grove had been free of chemical sprays or insecticides for this time and trees were full of wild olives.
Our harvest starts in may, taking around 1 month to complete. We remove our olives from the trees using our mechanical shaker, they then get loaded into fruit tubs, where they are taken to our processing facility on our farm. Our processing plant is only 500 meters from the grove, this is how we can guarantee to have Olives to oil in 8 hours of being harvested. Once harvest is complete, our Premium extra virgin olive oil is left to settle in stainless steel vats, in our dark cool storage building. After 3 months of resting, it is ready to be bottled and labeled. The Fruit doesn't leave the farm until it is in the bottle.
